Chicken is What’s for Dinner

The #chicken is in the oven! My Spatchcock chicken is smothered in truffle olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and umani seasoning. I can’t wait to try it out! 450° for 45 minutes.

I started my morning with yoga at Union Depot and it was absolutely delightful. After yoga we went to Saint Dinette, on 5th Street, for brunch. I loved my breakfast! I’d highly recommend going there. It’s in Lowertown, Saint Paul. Then played pool with a friend and finished my night with homemade tamales.
