Small dinner plate #1 for #eastersunday. Combine greens beans, cubed pears, salt and pepper in a frying pan with truffle olive oil for 10 – 15 minutes. Spread out a thin layer of mustard aioli and add the fried mixture. Saturday

I started my morning with yoga at Union Depot and it was absolutely delightful. After yoga we went to Saint Dinette, on 5th Street, for brunch. I loved my breakfast! I’d highly recommend going there. It’s in Lowertown, Saint Paul. Then played pool with a friend and finished my night with homemade tamales.
